Scope
These testing terms (2026-05-Testing) govern use of the CooHood app during the private validation phase operated by CooHood Betreiber. By registering you accept them.
Testing phase (non-commercial)
In this phase CooHood is a neighbourhood pilot without a commercial offering. Features may change or be unavailable.
Peer-to-peer sharing
Lending, help, and food sharing are directly between neighbours. CooHood is not a party to those agreements and disclaims liability for damage, loss, theft, late return, or accidents, to the extent permitted by law.
Insurance
We recommend household contents and personal liability insurance, and optional all-risk cover for valuable items.
Limitation of liability
CooHood is provided «as is». Where permitted we are liable only for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, where permitted.
